I went into my first Crossfit Fundamentals class 10 months ago and honestly I was nervous for so many reasons. Once I started going to Mike’s classes I was so impressed with how encouraging he was, the atmosphere he created, and his ability to work with each person so the workout fit their goals.


Based on this, I asked Mike to help me reach my goals which meant I needed to change my eating habits. The nutrition program and support he provides has been so remarkable that I’ve been able lose over 20 lbs. even though I started during the Holiday season and had wedding events to attend. I’m confident that I wouldn’t have made the progress I have or been so happy in the process without Mike’s help!
