ABOUT
US
Our goal is to provide people with a safe, fun, and effective workout program that yields progress year round. What separates us from other gyms is the calculated and scientific approach we take towards programming our workouts and pairing that with Nutrition Coaching to ensure our members have success. We have combined methods and training principles from the most renowned Strength and Conditioning coaches in the world and put that into a group training atmosphere that will produce results for everyone. From the beginner to the competitive athlete.
We have a different approach to CrossFit. The client and their long term progress comes before anything else. There is no reason that everyone shouldn't have the body they TRULY want. If you feel stuck in a rut with your routine, or simply haven't been making progress, give us a shout.
ourmethods
-
Inclusive and effective 45 minute workouts.
-
All ages, body types and skill levels can benefit from the class workout. We believe in starting with the basics, and adding difficulty to movements as you progress.
-
Coupling strength movements with conditioning workouts will boost your metabolism and help you burn calories long after you leave the gym.
-
We systematically plan our volume and intensity to get our clients optimal results. Our workouts are designed to be effective and challenging, not hard for the sake of being hard.
-
Members are educated on how to properly approach various lifts and workouts. Learning how to control intensity, listen to their breathing, and learn about their bodies is extremely important.
-
All results are documented and re-tested regularly to ensure clients are making progress.

OUR TEAM

Mike Dolan
Owner & Head Coach
I have been coaching strength and conditioning in the community since 2010. I strongly believe in developing athletes and improving my clients' overall quality of life by exposing them to a variety of concepts that were created by people smarter than myself.
I have a feel for what works and what doesn't work because I have tried just about everything. I have struggled and failed 100x more than I have succeeded, and that alone has helped me pass on tips and knowledge more than any certification I've achieved or course I've attended.
I began as a personal trainer, working with clients ranging from 12 to 60 years old. Quickly I saw what worked and what didn't for different age groups as well as different personality types. Shortly after, I began coaching full time CrossFit at a gym in Issaquah, where I eventually went on to become head coach and director of programming.
From 2012-2016 I put the majority of my time and effort into coaching group classes every night. Since then, my focus has been more on personalized programming. I continue coaching classes because it is a true passion, but the drastic improvements I've seen from clients have been through individual work.
Whether it be for a competitive athlete in CrossFit, a middle school athlete looking to gain strength and explosiveness, or for the middle aged parent looking for a better quality of life, there is a solution through resistance training and taking a practical yet scientific approach to your nutrition. It is in service to the fitness and wellness community that I pass along the help and advice that has been given to me throughout the years.

Stacia Fisher
Owner & Coach
I started CrossFit in 2013. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (MSW, LICSW), former runner, boss, wife and mom of twins who needed a quick and effective workout after I had my kids. Shortly after I started CrossFit I was hooked! In 2015 I started competing locally in Powerlifting meets and have enjoyed how CrossFit and Powerlifting have changed my body composition and more importantly how I view my body through the lens of performance and strength. Mentally transitioning from wanting to be skinny to wanting to be strong has made all the difference for me.
I enjoy inspiring women to focus on strength and performance and my background as a Clinical Social Worker positions me well to help people assess their own readiness for change and set attainable goals. I have 15 years of experience working in Healthcare and I can tell you physical and mental health are inextricably linked. Many studies have shown that physical fitness and regular exercise has great mental health benefits including decreased levels of depression and stress. I believe each person must incorporate some type of physical activity into their own self-care and CrossFit is a fun, effective and social way to do that.

Nick Miller
Owner & Coach
Coaching, training, and goal-setting have been a huge part of my life for the past 20 years. I have worked as a strength and conditioning coach in some capacity during this time, and could not be more grateful for the opportunities I have had. After serving for five and a half years as a Special Operations soldier in the U.S. Army, I continued coaching, and became acquainted with CrossFit. I love CrossFit’s ability to change a person’s life within a healthful and supportive community. Helping people achieve health and fitness goals is extremely fulfilling.
Some of the roles I have enjoyed most are working with the USA Women's Junior All-American Rugby Team at the Olympic training center and working as an intern with University of Washington Strength and Conditioning. The highest points for me are always the people I get to coach. I’ve been privileged to provide programming and training top-tier Special Operations soldiers, training and nutrition for CrossFit Games competitors, and training professional athletes including NFL players.
In furtherance of my aspiration to serve my community and help others, I became a full-time firefighter with Eastside Fire and Rescue. I absolutely love the work I do, and am deeply committed to being the best I can be. I train consistently and intensely, because the physical and mental components of firefighting are intense and require dedication. I train because I know my performance at work is in the highest stakes situations, and I strive to be the most effective and resilient person I can be. I hope to set an example of health and wellness for my daughter, the people with whom I serve, and my athletes.
